Welcome to Fankaarlok (fankaarlok.in). By placing an order or browsing our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. General
- These terms apply to all purchases made through fankaarlok.in.
- All products are handcrafted to order. Minor variations in colour, texture, and grain are inherent to handmade items and are not defects.
- Fankaarlok reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may change without notice. Orders are billed at the price displayed at checkout.
- Custom order quotes are valid for 7 days from issue date.
3. Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or agreed advance for custom pieces.
- We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and all methods listed at checkout.
- Bulk/corporate orders above ₹10,000 require a 50% advance to begin production.
4. Custom Orders
- Custom orders are non-cancellable once production has commenced.
- Design approval is required from the customer before production begins.
- Custom order lead times are estimates and may vary.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship pan-India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays.
- Inspect deliveries upon receipt and report damage within 24 hours with photographs.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Standard products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
- Custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects.
- Refunds process within 7–10 business days after inspection.

7. Intellectual Property
- All content on fankaarlok.in is Fankaarlok's intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Fankaarlok's liability in any dispute is limited to the value of the order in question.
9. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to courts in Haryana, India.
